takes awhile to become the magical adventure it is beginning is a bit slow but it gets better

This was the most magical book I have ever read. Nothing in the world would ever make you love books, stories, and magic as much as this book. I read the whole series and fell in love with fairy tales. It's SO much better than the movie. The movie was great, but the magic isn't felt as wholeheartedly as reading the words on the pages of this novel. If you're looking to fall in love with books and spells, this is the first place you should look.

The book is very good there are three books

This book is about a father and his daughter who has the talent for bringing people and things to life by reading out-loud. The characters have interesting talents which I thought were cool. I also thought that the plot was fascinating because it was unique and different from other fantasy type books. The only thing I didn’t like was the swearing in it. I did like how Meggie’s aunt had so many books in her house. Meggie’s dad had an interesting talent for bookbinding and repairing books. Overall I thought it was an excellent book for book lovers.

This book was the first book that had made me love to read. I remember picking up this book in my 5th grade classroom and taking it home to read. I absolutely loved the plot and the concept of the book being about books, and I also really liked the characters. The descriptions in this book include a lot of detail and really made my imagination soar. Anyone who likes adventure will like this book.

This was my first ever "favorite book" as a child, and it's still an absolute treasure. I'm pretty sure this book is responsible for turning me into a writer. The characters are funny and dynamic. The setting is immersive. The blend of magic and realism is engaging. And the audio version is enrapturing as well; what a fun narrator!

After reading many other books, I would say that Inkheart was not that much of an enjoyable book and could've been much better. If you were someone who really enjoyed this book, I would highly suggest that you read the land of stories, which is ​much brighter and enjoyable

this is a trilogy better than many.
It fulled with magic, excitement and action.
