Having helped avert a near nuclear explosion in Coronado, Paul Madriani is asked by the authorities to find Liquida, known as "the Mexicutioner", a hired assassin who may have killed a D.C. political staffer. However, Paul fears that this sole survivor of the attack in San Diego might be on a vendetta against Paul, and may have joined forces with an Old Weatherman set on burying the right-wing establishment with a target at the very seat of the United States government in a strike which will be heard around the world.

Definitely entertaining and it would have made a great book if it hadn't been made to fit the main character that Martini has developed for years. This is the second time that he literally saves the US from chaos. There is only so much credibility will stretch
