This book describes the two intertwined yet radically unequal and different lives of a slave and his master.
I praise the authors for their impeccable research and also the way in which they wrote this nonfiction novel. I usually choose historical fiction, fantasy, or science fiction novels because of the excitement that accompanies them. I find that many nonfiction novels lack this element, which is crucial to keep you interested. However, Free Boy was compelling, touching and informative all at the same time.
