He was an architect and engineer, yet there is not a single building based on his plans; he was a sculptor, yet virtually none of his sculptures are extant. And only a few portraits and frescoes testify to the brilliance of the painter Leonardo. This informative and entertaining film follows Leonardo's trail to fame.

Very very short. Little to nothing on the notebooks and idea explorations, which was Da Vinci's true genius, and lots his art, in which he was a failure.

Too short. Little info and very boring.

At barely a half hour, this video rushes through, barely scratching the surface. The subject of Leonardo is one that really ought to be given more time.
