Norman Doidge shows how the amazing process of neuroplastic healing really works. He describes natural, non-invasive avenues into the brain provided by the forms of energy around us - light, sound, vibration, movement - which pass through our senses and our bodies to awaken the brain's own healing capacities without producing unpleasant side effects.

Absolutely fascinating! Things we were taught to take as set-in-stone are actually things we have power over changing. This gave me so many goosebumps and so much hope. I am actually adopting lots of the tips and ideas from this book.

Amazing and inspiring. I'm changing a couple of ways I live my life because of this book, and it is actually working. As one of the critics said, it is optimistic. I can't recommend it too highly. My currently most recommended book to my friends.
