Traces the haunted memories and mysterious visions of a troubled train dispatcher through the shifting cultural and political landscape in the waning days of the Cold War. I didn't really understand the story; I guess it would make more sense if I were from Eastern Europe and understood the Czech history. Although there were some lovely snow scenes, the animation was mostly painting over live-action film, which was disappointing.
