OK I thought season one was excellent; solid comedic writing and acting. Season two? Ummm, not so much. I struggled to get through many of these new episodes, something I didn't have to do watching season one. So what happen Tina Fey (show creator, executive producer, writer, director and actor)? Everything seems forced and trite and the laugh-out-loud jokes are rare.
I was greatly disappointed. My suggestion? Watch season one and leave Kimmie's world at that. Sorry Tina but season two felt more like watching SNL from the past 15 years, just waiting and waiting for one REAL joke to rise up from the crop of the mundane. Who's got the time??

This (& Season 1) are just a Joy. The good-hearted enthusiasm of Ellie Kemper's Kimmy keeps you up throughout making the little falls much deeper. Carol Kane's performance still shows what a treasure she is. Tituss Burgess' portrayal of Titus is delightful. A cross between a Greek chorus, running commentator and mellifluous master of voice. Overall, I highly recommend this series.
