Ingredient lists may be spendy, but so is meat, medical bills, lost wages, trips to the hospital... Processed food is easier on the wallet short term, but offers little in the way of nutrition that your body needs and craves. One green meal a day is not alot to ask of yourself if you want to feel well. Can't wait to get a copy to read.

I would love to try some of these recipes but the ingredient list is spend y. There is one recipe where the ingredients are easy to find and not so expensive. It's blueberry corn cakes. Looking forward to making it.

As for the rest of the book- a good concept to add more fruits and vegetables but some of these recipes get complicated and the ingredients require special trips to the grocery store or specialty store. No thanks. Life is complicated enough.
