As a new owner of a property, this book enticed me to speed up my mortgage payments on my house. Very easy to understand with no complicated terminologies or business terms were used in his book. I borrowed the book hoping that he would talk about investment tips and talk about where to invest my money for big returns. The book talks about the process of saving up for a home, looking for a home, buying a home in Canada, and a few suggestions to pay it off faster. Overall, it was a good read. I would actually recommend this book for young adults dreaming to purchase a property in the future. This would have helped me greatly 5 years ago when I started setting goals of being a homeowner.
