I enjoyed this book, as I did her first book. It's about how to find balance between our everyday life and our spirituality side. So many examples resonated with me, every time she shared an example it either just happened in my life too or it happened just after I read it. Well played spirit, well played ;)

This book was very disappointing. I thought that she would provide more messages from those who have passed on before us or some insight into how beautiful the after life is. She did a bit of that, but she focused more on mundane things like her first marriage failure, the number of kids she has, her jeans fit too tight, she likes chia tea, etc. Who cares if your jeans fit tight and you want to fit in a yoga class in after your readings. Don't waste your time reading this - I got fed up and didn't even finish it.
