Echoing "Katy and the Big Snow" by Virginia Burton in general art style and "big snow" theme, "Small Walt" is a little snowplow who can do big things. All he needs is a friend who believes in him.

This story reminded me of a "winter" version of the little engine that could. He's small, but he's determined and he's got what it takes to plow the roads. A good read for those that feel they may be overlooked because of things they can't change (such as one's size).
