If you have any interest in the comedy team of Laurel and Hardy, this book is extremely well written and interesting. It's a thoroughly researched, meticulous account of the duo, told through the life, mostly, of Stan Laurel...For some reason, the author has chosen to refer to Stan Laurel only as "He"...Hence the title...You soon get used to it...It's a fascinating, factual account of their both their colourful personal lives, and their history of movie making, with a lot of "fictional" dialogue, included....I also enjoyed reading about some of the other "characters" that were part of their lives, including Hal Roach and Jimmy Findlayson...Highly recommended.

Such a disappointment. Boring. I couldn't get past the first few chapters.
