Add a CommentI have always liked this series and this time they made it about Kristy and her family and her big day.I love the illustrations in this book and I would definitely recommend this book.

I always enjoy the babysitters club books, and found while reading this, I couldn't put it down. Raina always fills her books with illustrations that really engage the reader. I could relate to Kristy's feelings since I've moved before, and I also have a stepfather. I've loved my family since the start, but it took Kristy's stepdad a little while before he grew on her. In the end of the book, Kristy realizes how much her stepfather loves her and that her stepfather makes her mother, who Kristy cherishes most, happy.
