Well-written and wryly funny analysis of why the rapacious, get-rich-quick-IPO Silicon Valley brogrammer culture is failing. The author briefly describes his own experience as an older white male--especially the gamification of employee development--then delves into the four cultural factors: money, insecurity, change, and dehumanization. He wraps up with case studies of better business models.
