Definitely a page-turner and an easy, fast read, but with a bit more sociological depth than a lot of similar novels, Last Woman Standing kept me on my toes until the end. I struggled a bit with the ending, as it seemed rushed and some of the actions seemed incongruous with the rest of the book. It's still a worthy read though, especially if you've ever questioned why women who are harassed don't "just tell someone". Gentry does a great job of illustrating the ways that is often futile and counter-productive.
