Food Stories is a hybrid, compilation cookbook that monographs the food-provenance of 20 remarkable chefs working in British Columbia today. Their most private, poignant memories have manifested as heartfelt, nourishing recipes - conjuring a homegrown chronicle where all’s laid bare. The intimate stories, candid photographs and humble recipes of each chef are featured within a stunning 6-page spread, authored and photographed by Hakan Burcuoğlu of The Curatorialist magazine, and designed by Emre Parlak and Deniz Cem Önduygu of Fevkalade Istanbul.
